摘要
分别用109、145、195、284和560Gy5个剂量的60Coγ射线和高能混合粒子场处理龙牧803紫花苜蓿干种子,种植后田间观察,测定株高、鲜草产量和品质含量来比较2种不同诱变方法所造成的损伤效应。结果表明,高能混合粒子场处理过的植株在株高和产量上均高于同剂量γ射线处理的植株;而γ射线处理组的粗纤维含量普遍低于高能混合粒子场处理组,粗蛋白含量普遍高于高能混合粒子场处理组;粗脂肪含量在低剂量条件下(109、145和195Gy)γ射线处理高于高能混合粒子场处理,高剂量(284~560Gy)条件下则低于高能混合粒子场处理。
Dry seed of two equal group LongMu No. 803 alfalfa, one was irradiated by mixed high-energy particle field(CR) with five doses, i.e., 109Gy, 145Gy, 195Gy, 284Gy, 560Gy, which was generated from E2 beam lines of LINAC of Beijing Electron Positron Collider; the other was irradiated with the same five dosages by the 6^Co γ-rays. We study about the damage effects, of these two different irradiation ways by planted the seeds and measured the plant hight, plany weight and the plant qulity. The result shows although CR irradiated alfalfa dry seeds have better result than the 6^Co γ-rays in the plant height and weight, but 6^Co γ-rays did better in change the alfalfa plant quality. Higher dosage (284 -559.8Gy) had better effect on change the CP's content than lower dosage. But high dosage's γ-rays will restrain the EE's content. These two different irradiation ways has visible differences.
