摘要
人类社会的发展史,是一部不断追求和谐社会崇高理想的实践史。传统武术自身具有民族性和传统性,它的"形神兼备、内外合一"观念,"以和为贵、重礼崇德"思想和"持中贵和、天人合一"意识,符合儒家的把自我身心内外的和谐作为起点,推广到人与人的和谐,继而扩展到人与自然的和谐这种"内圣外王"的观念,在当今建设和谐社会的过程中具有重要的现实意义。
