摘要
本文首先对电子政务的概念和特点进行了分析,然后结合以往研究经验,设计了针对北京市的电子政务评价体系,并根据该评价体系对北京市所辖的各区县进行了分析,从而找到北京市电子政务建设的成功之处以及需要继续努力的方向。
Beginning with an analysis of the definition and characteristics of an e-government, this paper designs the evaluation system of Beijing＇s e-government based on previous research and experience. This paper then analyzes the e-governments of Beijing＇s administrative divisions in the light of the evaluation system. Finally, it summarizes the successful experience of building Beijing＇s e-government and charts the direction for future efforts.
