摘要
本文从项目提出、系统分析、系统设计、设计原则等方面讨论了"黑龙江省综合数据库管理信息系统"的研究和建立过程,该系统的实施为提高政府管理水平奠定了信息化的基础。
This paper presents an information management system of the Heilongjiang province. The framework of the system is also presented.
