摘要
研究了提高可燃气体催化元件抗震性能的方法。以抗震性能较差的微功耗元件为样品,采用在元件架上的微功耗元件上下加垫耐高温绝缘材料,经1m高处自由跌落试验证明,元件抗震性能显著提高。耐高温绝缘材料对元件的稳定性、热导性影响不大,绝缘材料的厚度以及绝缘材料与元件的接触情况等对灵敏度有影响。
A method to improving the mechanical shock resistance of catalytic combustible gas sensor was studied by using the low power consumption elements as samples. A high temperature resistance insulating material was added on catalytic ball. The improvement of its mechanical shock resistance was proved by the one meter height fall experiment. The high temperature resistance insulating materials do not affect the stability and heat conductivity of the element, but the thickness of materials and the condition of materials added to the element will affect the sensitivity of the element.
