摘要
教育不公平,与制度不公正有关。实现教育公平,必须致力于制度公正。教育制度公正包括制度设计的公正、制度本身的公正和制度执行的公正。加强教育制度公正建设,需要把公正作为教育制度的第一要求,确保所有受教育者享受平等的资源,同时强调制度执行中的程序公正。
Education inequity is related to system injustice. Fulfillment of education equity must rely on system justice which includes justice of system design, system itself and its enforcement. To enhance the construction of education system justice, we need to view justice as the most essential requirement and ensure that all the educated share equal resources. Meanwhile, we should also stress the importance of the procedural justice.
