Study on Application of Synthetic Waterproofing Technology in Basement Reconstruction Project

地下室渗漏水和潮湿严重影响其正常使用功能,防水除湿是地下室工程改造中一项复杂的系统工程,应当根据实际情况进行具体分析,采取综合技术进行处理,仅靠堵漏难以取得满意的效果。文章论述的在沿海某地下室改造工程中应用的防水除湿综合技术,能够为类似工程提供参考依据。

The normal use function of a basement is seriously affected by seepage and dampness. Water repellence and dehumidification is a complicated system engineering in reconstruction project of basement, which should analyze specifically on the real situation, adopt comprehensive technique to dispose, only leakage stoppage wakes dissatisfied effect. The synthetic technology for water repelling and dehumidifying applied in a reconstruction project of basement on the coast, which introduced in this paper, can provide reference to similar projects.
