通过对《中国图书馆职业道德准则》(试行)的学习和思考,对图书馆精神内涵的解读,指出图书馆精神对重塑图书馆馆员形象的重要意义,阐述如何通过四种途径强化图书馆精神,提升图书馆的形象。

This article tries to point out the significance of library spirit for the rebuilding of images of librarians, expound how to promote the image of library and intensify the library spirit through four approaches.
