摘要
分别进行了添加多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)和羟基化的多壁碳纳米管对煤沥青成焦行为影响的研究.采用TGA研究添加碳纳米管前后煤沥青的热行为;采用偏光显微镜研究添加碳纳米管的煤沥青焦化前后的光学组织;采用XRD研究添加碳纳米管对煤沥青焦化产物微晶结构的影响.研究表明:加入碳纳米管后煤沥青的热分解温度变大,热失重率变小,其耐热性能变好;碳纳米管的加入对煤沥青焦化前后的光学组织和微晶结构的影响很大.
The influence of the addition of two carbon nanotubes ( CNTs), namely, multiple-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) and OH-functionalized MWNT, on the carbonization behavior of coal-tar pitch was studied. The mixtures of coal-tar pitch and CNTs were prepared by ultrasonic-assisted dispersion in liquid phrase. The thermal behavior of the mixtures was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). In addition, the optical texture and micro-crystal structure of resultant cokes produced from carbonization of the mixtures were characterized by reflected polarized light microscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD) , respectively. The results show that the thermal stability of coal-tar pitch increases with the addition of CNTs, indicated by that the weight loss temperature and coke value is improved. Moreover, the addition of CNTs contributes to the formation of large anisotropic unit in some regions of the optical texture, which results in an increase in the heterogeneity of the micro-crystal structure of resultant cokes.
