高等学校的校园文化是社会文化的重要组成部分,高等学校校园文化的和谐与否,不仅关系到我国高等教育的质量,而且关系到全社会的和谐。高校和谐校园文化建设是一个系统工程,它以社会主义核心价值观为指导,以"以人为本"、促进人的全面发展为核心,以精神文化建设、物质文化建设和制度文化建设为主要内容,是推进学校全面和谐发展的重要载体。

Campus culture in colleges and universities constitutes an important part of social culture. Whether it is harmonious or not does not only have a bearing on the quality of higher education in China, but also concerns the harmony of our society. The building of a harmonious campus culture is a systematic project, taking the socialist key value as its guidance, the principle of ＂putting people first＂ and promotion of people＇ s comprehensive development as its key point, and the building of spiritual culture, material cultural and institutional culture as its main contents; it is therefore an important carrier for the enhancement of comprehensive development of colleges and universities.
