由于工程量清单和平法标注的引入对工程估价课程教学产生的较大影响,提出应对该课程的教学内容和教学方法进行改革与探索,并针对课程目前存在的问题,提出了教学改革的重点及其实施方案,从而提高教学效果。

Because of the affection of the leading in of quantity list and plane marking to the instruction of project appraisal, the reformation and research of the instructional contents and methods of the course were put forward, and aiming at the problems in course at presents, the points of instructional reformation and the carrying out program were put forward, to increase the instructional effects.
