Combined with the practices of No. 3 tunnel engineeirng Kekeqiaoke of Jingyihuo railway built recently, The paper discusses respec- tively the power of constructing machine and calculation of lowening the electricity wire ＇ s electric perssure. Meanwhile, the high pressure accrossing hole technique in this tunnel is also introduced. The design and construction to high pressure accrossing hole circuit have some value for reference in the future.
