摘要
分析了单一电子管式RF源并行多段激励方案与固态RF源多源多段分别激励方案的不同特点及其对快轴流CO2激光器运行所带来的影响。
This paper involves the comparison between applying single tube RF generator, in parallel and applying several solid state RF generators to excite 3 kW range RF --excited fast axial flow CO2 laser segments correspondingly. The different characteristics of the above two methods was mentioned.
