媒体权利的实现与政府信息的公开是联系在一起的。但是,由于专门的信息公开立法的缺失,媒体表达也受到了制约。尽管还存在一些需要理清的问题,但《政府信息公开条例》的通过无疑将促进媒体活动。

The realization of media＇s right relies on the freedom of government information. However, due to no special act about freedom of information, the expression of media has also been restricted. Although there is still some problems to been solved,the disclosure of govemment information act will undoubtedly promote media activities.
