经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠状动脉支架置入术的对比分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠脉支架置入的优缺点。方法 将我院2000—05—2005-05住院的160例行冠状动脉支架置入术的患者按其血管途径分为股动脉组80例和桡动脉组80例,分别行冠脉支架置入术,观察手术成功率和并发症。结果股动脉组和桡动脉组置入支架数目、术后残余狭窄程度和手术成功率,经检验差异均无显著性,但股动脉组的并发症明显多于桡动脉组。结论随着冠心病介入治疗技术的普遍开展,对桡动脉途径优点的认识和技术上的不断提高,桡动脉途径将成为冠心病介入治疗的首选途径。 Objective To approach the forte and flaw of coronary artery stent implantation through the arteria cmralis or through the arteria radialis way. Methods We divided 160 patients used to be in hospital of 2000 - 05 - 2005 - 05 who would underwent eoronary artery stent implantation into two groups, the arteria cruralis group and the arteria radialis group, Each group had 60 patients. The operation achievement ratio and complications had been observed. Results The number of stent implantation, the degree of remanent narrow and the operation achievement ratio have no statistics difference, but the complications were obviously higher in arteria cruralis group than the arteria radialis group. Conclusion Because of realizing the good quality of interventional therapy through the arteria radialis way and technological improvement, the arteria radialis way may be the main method of coronary heart disease interventional therapy.
