洛泰配合高压氧治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

To Abserve the Efficacy on Luo Tai Match with High Pressure Oxygen for Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的观察洛泰配合高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法对58例急性脑梗死患者分为两组,治疗组30例洛泰400 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液静滴并配合高压氧治疗;对照组28例复方丹参20 mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液静滴。两组均1次/d,10 d 1疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果疗程结束后,治疗组与对照组神经功能缺损程度评分比较,其差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组为71.4%。结论洛泰配合高压氧治疗急性脑梗死疗效好,可有效改善病残程度。

Objective To abserve the efficacy on Luo Tai match with high pressure oxygen for Acute Cerebral infarction. Methods For 58 cases of patients with Acute Cerebral infarction, After the treated group of 30 patients was dripped intravenously with 400mg/Luotai mixed in 5 % glucose match with high pressure oxygen; the contrasted group of 28 patients was dripped intravenously with 20 mL Fufang Danshen mixed in 5 % glucose, both groups were treated once a day, with 10 days for a course of treatment, judgment to be given after 2 courses. Results after the treatment, contrast the defeet of the nerve functions,There was a significant difference between the treated group and the contrasted group（ P 〈 0.05）. total effective rate of the treated group was 93.3 %, the contrasted group was 71.4%. Conclusion It is better curative effect that Luotai match with high pressure oxygen to treat patients with Acute Cerebral infarction and can availability improve the invalidism degree.
