The Construction of the Theoretical System for the Strategic Management of the Teaching-oriented Universities in China

教学型大学战略管理是指教学型大学为谋求可持续发展、实现培养高素质技能型人才和高级研究型后备人才的目标,在对学校内部条件和外部环境进行系统分析的基础上,由管理者与被管理者共同制定学校战略管理目标,拟定、优选战略管理方案,并组织战略执行和控制的动态过程。研究教学型大学战略管理,构建教学型大学战略管理理论体系,就是在界定教学型大学战略管理概念的基础上,分析影响教学型大学战略管理的内外环境因素,探讨教学型大学战略管理的基本过程,进而构建教学型大学战略管理的基本理论框架。

In order to seek the sustainable development, to realize the aim of training high quality talents and senior research-oriented talents, in light of the analysis of the inside conditions and outside environment of the school, the strategic management theory system should be constructed. The strategic management of the teaching-oriented universities is the ongoing process of setting the aim of strategic management, selecting and making the plan for strategic management, and controlling the implementation of the plan with the cooperation of the managers and teachers. To study the strategic management of the teaching-oriented universities and build up its theoretical system, the concept of strategic management should be defined through the analysis of the inside conditions and outside environment of the universities, and the study of the basic process of the strategic management of the teaching-oriented universities, and then, the fundamental theoretical framework should be constructed.
