高压共轨电控柴油机起动过程及油量研究 被引量:4

Analysis of Starting Process and Fuel Quality of a Diesel Engine Using Electronically-controlled a High Pressure Common-Rail System

摘要 在对传统柴油机起动特性的研究基础上,分析了电控柴油机的起动控制需求,结合高压共轨电控单元(ECU),制定了电控柴油机的起动控制逻辑,采用MAP插值法计算起动油量,并运用斜坡函数模块实现对起动油量的调整。最终设计了一套高压共轨电控柴油机控制系统中的起动控制模块。 Based on starting characteristic of traditional diesel engine, the starting demands of electronic controlled diesel engine are analyzed. The starting control logic in the electronic controlled diesel engine is established with the help of electronic control unit in high pressure common rail. The fuel quality supplied during starting process is calculated by MAP method, and its adjustment is made with the ramp function. Finally, the starting control system in high pressure common rail diesel engine is designed.
