中药添加剂对优质鸡生长和屠宰性能的影响 被引量:15

Effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the growth and slaugher performance of local chickens

摘要 将384只21日龄试验鸡随机分为Ⅰ-Ⅳ组,每组3个重复,每个重复32只.Ⅳ组为空白对照组,饲喂基础日粮;Ⅰ-Ⅲ组为试验组,分别在基础日粮中添加2、4 mg.kg-1中药添加剂和36 mg.kg-1饲用抗生素(含6 mg.kg-1硫酸粘杆菌素和30 mg.kg-1杆菌肽锌),研究以黄芪、黄芩、茯苓、白术为主的复方中药添加剂对优质鸡生产和屠宰性能的影响.结果表明:(1)中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组试验鸡130日龄体重分别比对照组和抗生素组提高10.60%、11.92%(P<0.01)和0.81%、2.01%(P>0.05);中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和抗生素组试验鸡全程料肉比与对照组比较分别降低11.32%、12.45%、11.88%,差异均极显著(P<0.01).(2)中药Ⅰ组公鸡半净膛率比抗生素组和对照组分别提高7.64%(P<0.05)和7.54%(P<0.05);中药Ⅰ组公鸡全净膛率比抗生素组和对照组分别提高8.30%(P<0.05)和9.03%(P<0.05).(3)中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组公鸡胸肌的剪切力比对照组分别提高58.23%(P<0.05)和98.26%(P<0.05),与抗生素组比较差异均不显著(P>0.05);中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ组母鸡胸肌的剪切力比抗生素组和对照组分别提高67.12%、37.54%和71.60%、41.23%,差异均显著(P<0.05).可见,中药添加剂能提高优质鸡的生产和屠宰性能,改善鸡肉品质. Effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives which were made ofAstragalus sp. , Poria cocos, Wolfiporia cocos and Atractylodes macrocephala on the growth performance and meat quality of local chickens were investigated. 384 21-day-old local chickens were randomly divided into four groups, each group had three replications (32 birds per replicate). Treatment groups (group Ⅰ - Ⅲ ) were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 2, 4 mg · kg^-1 of Chinese herbal medicine additive and 36 mg · kg^-1 of mixture of nutritional antibiotics (6 mg · kg^-1 of colistin sulfate + 30 mg · kg^-1 of zinc bacitracin), respectively. The control group (group Ⅳ ) was fed with basal diet only. The results showed as follows : ( 1 ) the body weight ( 130 days old) in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ increased by 10.60%, 11.92% (P 〈0.01) than the control group, by 0.81%, 2.01% (P〉0.05) than group Ⅲ respectively; during the entire period, the feed conversion ratio of group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were 11.32%, 12.45%, 11.88% respectively, significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.01 ). (2) The percentage of half-eviscerated yield in group Ⅰ for male increased by 7.64% ( P 〈 0.05) and 7.54% ( P 〈 0.05 ) than group Ⅲ and the control group; the percentage of eviscerated yield in group I for male increased by 8.30% (P〈0.05), which was 9.03% (P〈0.05) and 5.24% (P〉0.05) higher than group Ⅲ and the control group, respectively. (3) The shearing force in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ for male increased by 58.23%, 98.26% (P 〈0.05) than the control group; the shearing force in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ for female increased by 67.12%, 37.54% than the group Ⅲ, by 71.60%, 41.23% than the control group respectively. It was indicated that Chinese herbal medicine additives could obviously improve the local chickens' growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality.
