摘要
导游是旅游业的重要人力资源,导游服务水平和质量直接影响着游客的满意度。但随着我国旅游业的快速发展,导游服务水平和质量参差不齐。本文作者从研究我国现行的导游薪酬制度出发,针对当前导游薪酬制度中存在的问题进行了剖析,并设计新的导游薪酬制度,从而促进旅游业的健康发展。
Tour guides are important human resources in tourism industry, the level and quality of tour services directly affect the satisfaction of the tourists. However, with the rapid development of China' s tourism industry, the level and quality of tour services are quite different. Based on the research in our current tour guides pay system, this paper studies the problems and designs a new tour guides pay system, so as to promote the healthy development of the tourism industry.
