摘要
当今,高新技术产业基地的建设是各国发展经济、培育经济增长点的重中之重。本文认为,借鉴发达国家的发展经验对于发展中国家而言具有重要意义,不同的发展阶段应当采取不同的经济发展模式。
Today, the construction of high - tech industry base is of great importance in the development of economic growth. This article believes that, the experience of developed countries is of great significance for developing countries, and different stages of development should take different model of economic development.
