摘要
论述了在线模糊自整定PID控制器用于冷轧带钢板厚自动控制系统中的解决方案。MATLAB仿真和现场运行的结果证明此方案可以显著地改善系统响应速度,减少超调和稳态误差,提高厚控精度。
This paper discusses solving scheme of online fuzzy self-tuning PID controller in cold rolling strip. MATLAB simula-staion and field operation prove that the design obviously improve this system dynamic response speed, reduce the system overshoot and the steady-state error.
