摘要
试验了阻燃纯维纶斜纹织物的耐碱性、耐氧漂性、耐热洗性和耐干热性;测试了织物经上述处理后的部分理化指标,包括强力、白度、毛效和手感。试验发现,维纶织物不耐碱,H2O2处理会使其手感发硬。因此,前处理宜选择低碱无双氧水的冷堆工艺;定形温度应控制180℃以下,以防止维纶脆化。
The experiments of flame resistant Vinylon fabric were carried out including resistance to alkali, resistance to oxygen bleaching, resistance to thermal washing, and resistance to dry heat. The physical and chemical properties of the flame resistant Vinylon fabric under different pretreatment conditions were tested, involving strength, whiteness, capillary effect and handle. Based on trials, it was founded that Vinylon fabric was not resistant to alkali, handle became hard after hydrogen peroxide treatment. Therefore, the cold pad batch process with low alkali and non hydrogen peroxide was suitable for pretreatment. The setting temperature should be controlled below 180 ℃ so as to prevent degradation of Vinylon.
