摘要
分销商评价指标是企业评价、选择分销商的基础,因此,该指标体系一直是研究的热点。归纳总结已有研究成果,并经过单体测验和整体测验,该指标体系可有45个指标。通过专家咨询,最终形成以供应链管理为基础的含有39个指标的分销商评价指标体系,该体系涵盖分销商业务能力和企业间合作发展能力。
Evaluation index is the basis for an enterprise to evaluate and select distributors and accordingly the evaluation index system of distributors is always one research focus. The paper, based on summarizing the relevant previous studies, conducted both isolated and integrated tests and proposed 45 indexes for the evaluation system. After experts were consulted, the paper finally established the evaluation index system of distributors based on supply chain management with 39 indexes, of which some indicate distributor's internal core competitive ability and the others indicate distributor's capacity of cooperation and development with other enterprises.
