摘要
传媒奇观具有鲜明的媒介地理学涵义。地方性、开放性、包容性、存储性是媒介空间的地理学特点。通过呈现、浓缩、凝视、影响、突破、创造等方式,媒介空间参与奇观地理的塑造,并通过聚焦、聚释、放大最终建构了传媒奇观。传媒奇观在表面上属于"媒介制造",但其形成无时不在地受着政治经济文化势力的左右和消费主义逻辑的掌控。传媒奇观已成为当今社会的生存方式之一。
Media spectacle possesses distinctive features of geography of media in that the media space is geographically local, open, compatible and storable. The media space takes part in the creation of media spectacle by means of presenting, concentrating, highlighting, influencing, breaking and creating, and ultimately establishes the media spectacle by means of focalizing, congregating and amplifying. Media spectacle is seemingly "media-made" and actually is always affected by the political, economic and cultural power and controlled by the logic of consumerism. Media spectacle has become one of ways of survival in the modern society.
