摘要
为了能对热电厂氢冷发电机组的氢气纯度进行精确测量,基于热导传感器TCS208F、A/D转换器AD7710及ARM内核的微控制器LPC2104,采用恒温检测的原理设计了一种氢气纯度检测仪。分析了检测仪的硬件系统组成和软件设计的流程,并对恒温检测电路的工作原理进行了详细的理论推导和分析。最后对设计的检测仪器进行了实验测试,结果表明:这种设计的检测精度和灵敏度很高且性能可靠,完全能满足电厂氢冷发电机组对氢气纯度检测的要求。
In order to precisely measure the percentage of hydrogen in the hydrogen-cooled generator used in power plants, on constant temperature measurement principle, a detector has been designed based on the thermal conductivity sensor TCS208F, A/D converter AD7710 and the ARM kernel microcontroller LPC2104. The hardware and software design of the detector is analyzed. A detailed theoretical derivation on the detector' s constant temperature measurement circuit is also concluded. Finally, two experiments are presented, The resuhs of experiments show that the detector designed is highly reliable for its precision and sensitivity. There-fore, it can fully meet the requirements on hydrogen percentage measurement of hydrogen-cooled generator.
