摘要
为了控制无刷电机低速有限转角运动,应用TMS320F2812芯片设计了一套无刷电机控制系统,给出了硬件电路和部分软件的设计方案。系统采用位置反馈信号作为电机换相基础,利用双重位置闭环的控制结构,以满足快速性、稳定性以及高精度的性能要求,实验证明系统控制方案的可行性。
To control the low speed movement of the BLDCM in the limited range, the control system of BLDCM based on TMS320F2812 is designed, and the design scheme of hardware and software for this control system is made. According to the performanee requirement of control system in rapid character, high stability, high precision, a closed-loop control structure is adopted, which includes dual position closed-loop. The practicability of the control system is verified by experiment.
