试析湘西民族饮食文化与旅游开发

A Tentative Analysis on Nationality Catering Culture in West Hunan Province

民族传统饮食文化是重要的旅游资源。湘西苗族、土家族、汉族等各族人民,充分利用山区独特的自然环境、气候条件,依靠自己的勤劳智慧以及与其他文化的交流、碰撞,创造了具有湘西地域特色的饮食文化。饮食文化旅游开发中应深层次挖掘饮食文化资源,开发特色饮食文化旅游,坚持开发与保护并重,才能更好的弘扬民族饮食文化,促进饮食业和旅游业的可持续发展。

The traditional catering cuhure is an important tourist resource. The Miao, the Tujia ethnic minority and the Han nationality in west Hunan, by their own wisdom and hard -working along with other cultural exchanges and collision, take advantage of the local unique natural environment, climatic conditions to create the catering culture with geographical characteristics of west Hunan. In catering cultural tourism development, catering culture resources should be deeply mined to develop the unique catering cultural tourism, better carry forward the national catering culture and promote the sustainable development of both the catering and tourist industry.
