摘要
舟山海鲜菜肴文化走过了一条漫长的发展之路,西晋以前是舟山海鲜菜肴文化萌芽及初步形成时期,唐、宋、元代是发展时期,明洪武十九年(1386)至清康熙二十三年(1684),舟山海鲜菜肴文化处于停滞状态,清康熙二十七年(1688)至抗日前夕(1937年)舟山海鲜菜肴文化进入复兴及再度发展时期。新中国成立后特别是改革开发以来,舟山海鲜菜肴文化进入了振兴及创新发展时期。
Zhoushan seafood culture experiences a long- term development. Prior to the West Jin Dynasty, Zhoushan seafood culture buded and began to take shape. It was on its way to development during the Tang, Song and Yuan Dynasty, and came to a halt from 1386 (Hongwu 19 year, in the Ming Dynasty) to 1684 (Kangxi 23 year, in the Qing Dynasty) . From 1688(Kangxi 27 year) to the eve of the Anti- Japanese War (1937), Zhoushan seafood culture rejuvenated and was again in its development stage. Since the founding of new China, especially the inplementation of the reform and opening - up to the outside world, Zhoushan seafood culture has stepped onto the period of revitalization, innovation and vigorous development.
