南宁建设成区域性国际城市就是要建成为东南亚区域的国际化大都市。通过分析南宁建设区域性国际城市的有利条件,提出了南宁在建设区域性国际城市中应采取的六项措施,并对未来南宁区域性国际城市进行了描述。

Building Nanning into a regional international city means constructing it into a regional internationalized metropolis in south east Asia. By analyzing the advatages for Nanning constructing itself into a regional international metropolis, the article puts forward six measures to be adopted in the process, and subsequently looks into the prospects for the regional international metropolis of Nanning.
