摘要
目的了解近2年无锡市鼠密度及季节消长情况。方法夹夜法。结果2005、2006年全市各监测点鼠类总密度分别为0·97%、0·84%,共捕获鼠类272只,雌雄比例为1∶2·4,雌鼠怀孕率为12%,幼鼠比例占24·67%。褐家鼠占优势,其次为黄胸鼠、小家鼠,未见其他鼠种。结论鼠情调查为控制鼠类,选择合适的灭鼠方法和灭鼠时机提供依据。
Objective To know density and seasonal dynamics of rodent of the past two years in Wuxi. Methods Trap-night method. Results The total rodent density from monitoring points were 0.97% and 0. 84% of the year 2005 and 2006 respectively. 272 rodent were captured, male and female ratio was 1 ： 2.4, female pregnancy rate was 12%, young rodent proportion was 24.67%. Rattus norvegicus was predominant in quantity, followed by R. tanezumi, Mus musculus, and there were no other kinds of rodent. Conclusion Rodent intelligence investigation provided the basis for the rodent control and choosing suitable method and time to control the rodents.
