始终坚持以病人为中心 持续提高医疗服务质量 被引量:8

摘要 构建和谐的医患关系必须树立"以人为本"的科学发展观,把维护群众利益放在第一位,不断满足人民群众日益增长的医疗服务需求。本文详细阐述了"以病人为中心,提高医疗服务质量"的深刻内涵及深远意义,强调了持续提高医疗服务质量在医疗活动中的重要性,并从八个方面指出了实现这一根本宗旨的策略与措施,符合医院管理年的主题,对加强医院管理,提升医院的核心竞争力具有一定的指导意义。
