远洋劳务船员高危性行为干预与艾滋病性病防治

HIV Risk Behevior Interventions and AIDS Control among Ocean-going Crews

远洋劳务船员由于工作环境的特殊性以及受社会因素和个人因素的影响,较容易发生高危性行为。他们以其流动性大,高危性行为相对频繁而成为导致艾滋病、性病传入我国的高危人群,也是造成艾滋病、性病从高危人群向普通人群转移的桥梁人群。提高远洋劳务船员的思想道德水平,改变他们的高危性行为,是有效控制艾滋病、性病传播的重要措施,应引起政府有关部门高度重视,切实抓紧、抓好落实。

Due to the specific working circumstances, social and the other individual factors, Ocean-going ships＇ crews are subject to some HIV risk behaviors. This population group is gradually becoming a bridge spreading HIV virus and other sexual transmitted diseases （STDS） from the high risk groups to general population group, as they are in possession of high mobility and more frequency of sexual intercourse. Increasing the moral standards and awareness of HIV/AIDS prevention, as well as changing their risk behaviors are the offective measures in the control of the further spread of HIV/AIDS and STDs. Government department should attach great importance on HIV/AIDS prevention and control and should take critical steps in policy implementation.
