青岛流亭国际机场口岸蝇类本底调查报告

Investigation on Distribution and Seasonal Growth and Decline of Flies at Liuting International Airport of Qingdao

〔目的〕掌握青岛机场口岸蝇类本底情况,为口岸控制媒介生物提供科学依据。〔方法〕2006年5月～2007年12月对青岛机场口岸采用诱蝇笼捕集法,并不定期配合采用人工网捕法进行蝇类和其孳生地的调查。〔结果〕共捕获蝇类46715只,其中采用诱蝇笼捕集法捕获44685只。经分类鉴定分别属于7科47属97种,优势种为丝光绿蝇。〔结论〕本次调查全面掌握了青岛机场口岸蝇类的种类组成、季节消长情况和其孳生场所。加强机场周边环境整治,消灭蝇孳生地是今后灭蝇工作的重点。

Objective To understand the background, population distribution, seasonal dynamics and habitats of flies at Qingdao airport, and to provide some evidence for effective control. Method The cage entrapment method and nonsked artificially netting were used at the area of Qingdao airport during May 2006 to December 2007. Result 45 715 flies were collected, and they were subjected to 7 families, 47 genera, 97 species. Lucilia sericata was the dominant species. Conclusion It is necessary to know species composing, density and seasonal grouth and decay of vectors. Meanwhile, it is important to improve the environmental sanitation and to eliminate the habitats of flies.
