摘要
采用热轧穿孔后毛管直接冷拔无缝钢管是一种极不合理的生产工艺。针对用这种工艺生产中径以上无缝钢管的企业,提出了在不改变原有设备和增设必要设备的基础上,以节能、降耗、减少污染等为出发点,将其改造为具有"冷热结合、普优结合"产品结构的中径无缝钢管生产企业。
In making seamless steel tube production, the process of cold-drawing hot-rolling-punching blank is a kind of extremely unreasonable productive technology. Aimed at the enterprises that use this technology for the production of seamless steel tube above medium diameter. Based on no change of original equipments and increase some necessary equipmnets, and started from saving energy, lowing consumption, and reducing pollution,it is proposed to transform the enterprises into the production enterprises of medium diameter seamless steel tube with product structure of ＂combination of hot and cold, and combination of outstanding and common＂.
