Admission of postgraduates is not only the starting- point of graduate education but also the basement and guarantee of cultivating persons with high quality in each university. In order to really improve the quality and efficiency of admission of postgraduates, the major present problems were analyzed. Some detailed solutions such as enhancing sense of service, emphasizing full participation and strengthening the network ＆ information of management are put forward.
