高血压脑出血血肿清除作用的临床对照研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的:通过CT扫描测定脑出血患者颅内残余血量的变化,讨论锥颅血肿抽吸对残余血吸收速度的影响。方法:通过CT扫描建立内科保守治疗组和锥颅组血肿量变化的广义线性模型,对其变化趋势进行比较。结果:抽吸组残余血肿吸收速度快于内科组(P<0.05)。结论:锥颅血肿抽吸后残余血的吸收速度加快。
