Study on Suburb New Country Infrastructure Facilities Building Problems

以国内典型的都市郊区型农村——上海市郊农村地区为代表,根据历史统计数据和深入调研,分析了上海市农村基础设施投资与农业总产值以及农村居民可支配收入的密切相关性,并对农业投入与农业生产的关系进行了实证分析,得出农村基础设施建设投资对发展农业生产的贡献率最高,并就改善农村基础设施投资结构、提高农村基础设施管理效率和完善农村基础设施融资等提出相关建议措施。

The article takes an example of Shanghai suburb country area-the typical in China-to analyze the close relationship between the agriculture GDP, villagers＇ disposable income and the rural infrastructure facilities investment, also to analyze the relationship between the agriculture and the agriculture production empirically according to historical data and intensive survey. The conclusion is that the rural infrastructure facilities investment is most important to develop agriculture, and the measures to improve rural infrastructure facilities investment structure, perfect the efficiency of rural infrastructure facilities management and financing are put forward.
