摘要
实行学分制收费不单纯是收费方式的改变,从深层意义上讲,更重要的是它代表着高校财务人员理财理念的转变,服务观念的更新,使其更具有人性化。
Charging to credit system is not only a change of the toll mode, in a deeper sense, it represents the transformation of university financial personnel' s' financing ideas and the renewing of service concepts so that fee collection can be more humanistic.
