The article applies forms of systematic questionnaire, individual chat, and in-person practice to deeply understand the current situation of college students＇ doing part-time jobs in Hebei province, analyze its characteristics, find the existing problems and put forward relative suggestions and countermeasures on the basis of the practical condition. Therefore, college students＇ working quality can be improved, and their consciousness of self-protection and right safeguarding can be strengthened, so that a good foundation can be laid for their future employment.
