摘要
我国速记技术迄今为止已有100多年的历史了,在这100年里,速记的发展是艰难曲折的。改革开放以后,我国的速记发展进入黄金时期,在手写速记的基础上,发展到电脑速记。但是,我国的速记要进一步的推广、普及还面临着一些亟需解决的问题。论文介绍了中国速记的发展现状和面临的问题,并对其解决办法进行了认真的探讨。
There has been more than one hundred years since the modem stenography was invented. In these years, the development of stenography was difficult. Since the beginning of reform and opening-up of in our country, it stepped into a golden age. On the basis of the handwritten shorthand, the computer-shorthand was invented. But there are many urgent problems of the further popularization of the Chinese Stenography. This paper win introduce the status quo and problems and discuss the resolutions.
