摘要
本文给出的新建立的计算带有行星轮机构轴系扭转振动抽象平面模型,能够全面地反映出行星轮系内部的几何运动和动力学关系,具有普遍意义。试验结果和实例计算表明,本文模型可行实用;对于行星齿轮装置内部有较大弹性元件的传动轴系来说,低节扭振结点经常落在装置内部;传统的单惯量方法则得不到这一结果,给轴系和齿轮装置的强迫振动计算带来较大的误差。
The method used in the calculation of the shaft system with planetary gear train is the simplified single mass method which supposes the gear tooth mesh stiffnesses are infinite.As a result,it makes the dynamic transmission process change into a static one.This paper introduces a newly-built co-planar model,which can deal with any type of epicyclic gearing and can describe the kinetic and dynamic relation inside the gear train.It has universal significance.The results from the test and calcu- lation of the example indicate that the model is useful and practical.For the shaft with planetary gearing in which there are some elements of greater elasticity,the node of the lower order is often inside the planetary gear train.The conventional single mass method can not get such results and sometimes brings larger errors in the calculation.
