摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定光果甘草中光甘草定的含量。[方法]采用TIANHE C18反相色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈∶水∶冰醋酸(55∶44∶1),检测波长为282 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温:30℃。[结果]光甘草定在0.097 6~0.878 4μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为97.72%,其相对标准偏差为1.14%。[结论]该方法简便、快速、重现性好,适用于甘草中光甘草定的含量测定。
[Objective] To establish the HPLC method for determination of glabridin in G. glabra L. [Methods] The TIANHE C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (55:44:1). The detection wavelength was 282 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. [Results] The 0.097 6-0.878 4 μg Glabridin concentration was in a good linear relationship(r=0.999 5). The average recovery was 97.72% and RSD was 1.14%. [Conclusions] The detection method was simple, easy. It can be used for determination of Glabridin in Glycyrrhiza glabra.
