摘要
用原子吸收光谱法对青海土族、藏族和回族青年人体头发中的钙、铁、锌、铜、镁、锰和镉7种元素的含量进行了测定,应用对应分析对这些民族中微量元素的分布特征进行了研究.该方法可用于这三个民族样本元素分析数据的直接处理,研究表明,在3个民族的人发之间,7种元素含量的综合水平存在着较显著的差别,实证分析结果表明,对应分析能够揭示出样品来源与变量之间的内在联系,是一种有优势的分析方法.
In this paper, the concentration of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mg, Mn and Cd in the hair of young people from Tu, Zang and Hui Nationalities of QingHai were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). Distributed characteristic of trace elements content in these Nationalities based on correspondence analysis is presented. A data matrix of concentration of elements existing in the hair of the three nationalities is evaluated comprehensively by using correspondence analysis classification. The results show that there are considerable differences among these nationalities. The practical analysis indicated that correspondence analysis can reveal the inner link between sample point and variable. It is an effective and superior method.
