本文简要介绍了网上支付的使用情况,并把影响消费者选择网上支付和离线支付的因素归结为金融成本、信用成本、环境成本、技术成本4类,并运用层次分析法解决用户在选择网上支付与离线支付的决策过程中各类影响因素的相互作用,得出决策的层次分析法的数学模型.

This paper introduces the use of online payments, and the factors that impact consumer choice. Online or offiine payment is attributed to the financial costs, credit costs, environmental costs, technology costs; AHP is used to resolve the interaction of the various factors that the Intemet users use to select online or offiine payment on decision-making process, and make the decision-making AHP model.
