摘要
重点阐述了仿真技术在舰船电子设备结构件抗强冲击设计中的运用。通过以解决某型舰船电子设备在强冲击试验过程中遇到的一系列问题为出发点,重点阐述了对设备主支架结构建模、边界条件设置、结果分析等一系列仿真方法的运用。分别对设备主支架的支撑柱和受力截面进行了仿真、优化设计,再仿真、再优化设计,达到优化该设备主支架结构的目的,从而满足了设备抗强冲击设计的要求。
The application of simulation technology in high anti-shock design of naval vessel's electronic equipment was introduced, The series of modeling of main bracket structure, setting of boundary condition, and results analysis were introduced with a real case of settling naval vessel's problems in anti-shock experimentation. The method of simulation-optimal design, re-simulation-re-optimal design was applied on the main bracket and stressed section, to achieve the optimization purpose and meet the high anti-shock requirement.
