摘要
在全球老龄化背景下,社区照顾逐渐成为了一种主流的养老模式。中国人口的老龄化与高龄化、家庭照顾功能的弱化使老年人的日常生活照顾问题凸显,发展城市社区照顾已成共识。该文通过对老年人日常生活照顾需求的分析,在简要阐述社区照顾理论与起源的基础上,提出目前中国已具备发展城市社区照顾的基本条件,初步探索出城市社区照顾发展的目标模式。
On the global aging background, community care is more and more becoming a mainstream pattern for the aged. The growing aged population and weakness of family care function have formed the significant issues which affect the daily life of the aged people in our country. To develop urban community care system becomes the consensus among our society. Based on the analysis upon the daily life demands for elderly people, elaborating the origin of community care theory, the author draws the conclusion that our society has already possessed the capability to develop urban community care system and also outlines the goal pattern for urban community care.
