中小企业是支撑中国经济高速发展的重要力量。但是，与实力强大的大企业相比，中小企业规模小，在资金、技术、人才、信息等方面都处干弱势地位。选择合适的发展战略，注重发展策略，再加上政府的扶植战略，是中小企业进一步发展的根本，也是中国经济可持续发展的动力源泉。

：The development of minor enterprises has superior importance in the super-speed growth of the national economy. Whereas, compared with strong big businesses, those enterprises are weak on finance, technology, talents, information, and the like, owing to their small scale. Thus, together with the governmental support, to choose suitable developing strategy and to be sure of developing tactics are their basis for a further development, which are also the source of power for China to maintain a sustainable economic development.
