QU Qiu--bai spoke highly of the Guangzhou Uprising many times. Ten more pieces of articles written by him about it have become historical documents often cited as authority. His rational think- ing about the uprising is of great value for academic theory research. With QU Qiu-bai＇s perspective and dissertation of Guangzhou Uprising, the article endeavors to reproduce the uprising and its leader, ZHANG Tai-lei, depicted by QU Qiu-bai.
