螺旋计算机断层多期扫描对小肾癌的诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价螺旋计算机断层(CT)多期扫描在小肾癌诊断中的应用价值。方法对22例经手术病理证实的小肾癌,逐一行螺旋CT平扫和皮质期、实质期及肾盂期增强扫描,分析其影像表现。结果CT平扫呈等密度8例,稍低密度12例,稍高密度2例,其中2例伴有钙化。增强扫描皮质期病灶明显强化18例,低、中度强化4例。实质期强化密度迅速衰减,肾盂期病灶密度进一步减低。结论利用螺旋CT多期扫描和"快进快退"的强化特点,对术前确立小肾癌的诊断具有较高的准确性。
